For twenty five years prior to becoming a Realtor I ran my own marketing and advertising firm. I recommended and implemented communications and strategies to take some of my clients from local to national and even international levels.

Seeking something new, I became a Realtor in 2009 in order to put those same abilities to work for buyers and sellers of residential real estate. The team approach has worked well for us for many years in business.

It is very satisfying to use my marketing, advertising and design experience to help buyers visualize the potential behind the homes at the top of their list and to assist sellers in readying their homes so as to leave the best and most marketable impression while getting those listings in the right public eyes. The principles are the same: product, price, unique selling point, promotion. The net result of happy clients at closing is worth every effort I make in being thorough, communicative, a good listener and a creative negotiator.

As an Encinitas resident since 1990 (Leucadia, west of the 101), I'm very familiar with the coastal areas in North County. Prior to living in Encinitas, I also lived further inland in Rancho Bernardo and Rancho Penasquitos.

Some other things you might like to know: In addition, I've won awards for efforts in volunteerism for several organizations and for my abilities as an artist. I've also drawn the plans and helped supervise the building of a home and the remodeling of another.
